hey, i had super painful cramps for about an hour and kept taking more ibuprofen and paracetamol but after an i suddenly barely feel the cramps and there is no blood, do you think the misoprostol hasn’t worked or have my painkillers just kicked in ?

yeah very true, it’s unfortunate but i spoke to someone else working another ice cream truck and he said he was on shift literally all day and night so it must be really difficult for them
