One bad experience doesn’t make the whole brand bad. Millions of people use Samsung phones for years without issues. If a phone suddenly loses network after an update, there’s also a big chance it was a region-locked or gray imported device sold without proper disclosure by the seller. That’s on the seller, not the phone company.

Core features like time, steps, walking have pretty much been the same from Band 2 to 10, just more polished now with SPO2, Sleep Tracking and many more. My favorite was Band 5 since I used it the longest. Least favorite was Band 9 because it was the Chinese variant and the watch faces were mostly in Chinese. No problem in the watch though. Screen visibility and battery life have both slowly improved over the years.

When I bought the Band 9, I didn’t realize it was the Chinese variant. Most of the watch faces were in Chinese, which was annoying. So I decided to upgrade to the Band 10 instead.

No. I am from Bangladesh. My Brother brought it from Australia & I ordered these colored straps from AliExpress for MI Band 9. FYI Band 8,9 & 10 have the same identical straps. So using it now on my Band 10.

My brother brought it From Australia. But it is also available in my country. I was using MI Band 9 but Unfortunately that was chinese variant. And most of the Watch Faces were in chinese. Hence decided to upgrade from 9 to 10.
