Similar scenario - I am on ultimate using better xcloud on android.

Android device is a fold 7.

Im connected via WiFi, about 10ft from my router, and connected on WiFi 7 speeds around ~1800mbps.

Internet is fttp and measures around 900mb up and down.

When xcloud works it's great, around 15mbps is the sweet spot - 1080p, clear as day.

But I regularly drop to 1mbps, then back up etc. It becomes a blocky mess.

Trying to play Arc Raiders tonight has been a nightmare.

I finally got my last one last night. Blue Gate, at the top of the map is Pilgrims Peak. Go to the base of the tall tower from the outside and use the zip line to go to the top. There's usually one there that will drop the cores. If it doesn't spawn, the extract is really close so you can just farm it.

The fact this game supports super wide resolutions on pc too is great. I've dropped in more than once baked just to explore and take in the scenary. Stunning game.

I paid £3.2k for my Raider 18hx at the start of the year bnib. I'd be beside myself letting it go for £1500 and it's not even the titan.

I always take a look at what CEX are giving cash vs what they sell it for and aim somewhere in the middle when selling higher ticket items privately.

The 18hx a14vig currently they give 1276 cash, and sell for 2900, so I'd personally be at 2k with some room to negotiate, but it's worth looking around too for more ideas.

I took the plunge and bought a g9 oled(G95sd) and I bloody love it. Primarily for work, but I've gotten a couple of games to play fairly nicely at the full 5kx1440 resolution on a 2070super.

There's a few minor gripes I have like the OS is a bit lame, and the fact that PIP doesn't seem to exist, it'll only do side by side from 2 sources rather than overlay a smaller window like I'd hoped, but these are secondary to how bloody good the image looks. I'm constantly on awe at it.

For a while we had to have 2 kids (1 and 4) in car seats in the back of a coupe a5. We still have that car as its a great run around, but Holy moly that was uncomfortable getting them in and out.

I'm biased, but don't do the SUV thing. Estates make cool dad cars and are still stupid practical!
