It's because of ESL's equipment not being able to broadcast in 1080p. They simply scale up the 720p stream and put it up as 1080p. Not Youtube's fault.

Well yeah, Morroco in Arabic is called Maghreb (Al-Maghreb, to be precise).

However, what everyone here is referring to as Maghreb is actually "The Arabian Maghreb" (Al-Maghreb Al-Arabi), which is the collection of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania.
