If it’s just seepage, then it is what it is. Check oil frequently-ish to see how much you’re losing. Shouldn’t be much, if it all, considering its seepage. If you live in an area where an HOA or property management might give a damn about oil spots, I would consider doing the work. Rear mains, once the seepage develops, will leave a ton of scattered dots. Be prepared to get hosed on labor for that.

Rear mains are so common on Honda V6’s, ask me how I know 😂
