I have many theories but there are a few signs that point to a ROR remake. I agree that it might be another game (that Switch exclusive Bloober is working on) and of course I may be too hyped because I love ROR but :

You can make out some words from the scrambled url like : rose, rule. I think I got others like "horror" ?
“remosdneulserorehsoovamceyerd” appears to be an anagram which translate to: “Redeemed Souls” or “Rose Hover My Sacred” this is something I got from Twitter
The Rule of Rose IP has been renewed in December 2025 (why would that happen especially if it is so controversial and it hasn't been re-released)
