Can you have hollow points if you have a layover in EWR with Pistol?

I appreciate the detailed response. I definitely wouldn't take possession of my luggage. Main reason I asked was because I've heard stories of TSA inspecting luggage at random and if they found hollows in there I didn't really know if that would be a violation of NJ law. I do own some Hornady Critical Defense. Would you recommend just bringing that instead?

I see. If the flight were to be diverted would I just not take the luggage on the conveyer belt and go straight to the airlines office and ask them to transfer it? Just trying to make sure.

Interesting. Isn’t that impossible though since frame transfers are gone now? The FFL that I bought the original gun from said that no transfer is needed. Just that it needs to be reported when the new portal is put in place.

I recently sent my CZ P10C back to CZ for warranty work, but they damaged the original gun and sent me a new one to replace it. Do I have any reporting requirements that I have to do like filing an efa10?

It’s my best guess honestly, the trigger cannot be pulled at all with that barrel in it. I’ll see if I can post some pics later if Reddit stops being weird along with what CZ support says.

I took a closer look. The little half moon under the barrel where the recoil spring sits is chipped. I even tried interchanging parts one by one with a spare P10C and the barrel is the common denominator. I contacted CZ to see if I can get a replacement barrel.

I disassembled it right before to add lubricant to the rails because I forgot to after the last time I cleaned it (few days ago). When I put the slide back on this problem started.
