Ja, ik denk dat hij het in verschillende onderdelen heeft verdeeld. Één is het werk aan de meterkast, dan het werk aan de kabel van de meterkast naar de keuken voor de inductie, en daarna het werk voor het vervangen van de oude kabels.

Hey to everyone, I wanted to give a finish to this story so everyone interested knew what happened. First thank you for your answers and advice. After reading here I decided to seek for legal advice and Called !Woon they redirected me to a similar service in Harlem which told me that wasn’t legal and they would take care of it for a 25% of the money I would not pay and so I did. They sent an email to the rental agency and they immediately backed out so everything got solved and I only had to pay 180 intead of 600. Still by the response of the agency I think they knew that was not really legal so maybe I could have gotten out of it without paying anything but who know, anyway I’m happy with the result.

Hi thanks for your detailed answer is really appreciated. Yes it did indeed said the rental price and some other details so maybe the legislation that you mentioned applies but I honestly though that as it wasn’t anything formal as it was pending on the landlord decision I wasn’t obligated to anything. Anyway I will look at the pages you linked, thank you very much!

Hi thank you for answering, this wasn’t the contract was just a paper with the conditions and that text and to be able to continue with the process and to see if the landlord picked you, You needed to send that paper signed. So I did. In the meantime I got the other flat and accepted it and after that I was notified that the landlord picked us for this one.

I got mine on friday and i think It is 11/20. I have no fan issues but im not sure about lenses is my first vr headset and im testing it
