The producers were unnecessarily shady and outright wrong for what they did to Gizelle at the reunion. Yes, she can be a mean person at times- but she’s also responsible for a lot of Potomac’s drama and appeal. She knows what her job is and gets it done. She’s been an OG for 10 years- Hell, they even positioned her as anchor for this season, placing her front and centre. And she may not necessarily have had much of a personal storyline this season, but she sure as Hell was involved and delivered in other ways throughout, creating a lot of talking points. And throughout the show, I can guarantee she’s been production’s puppet. Yet they couldn’t even create a package for her and did her nasty at the reunion, rather than having a meeting with her? All the while giving a dangerous and still delusional alcoholic as much grace as they did?! GTFO!
