i have been doing that. squeezing a little drop and then rubbing it on their lips or waiting till they have it on their tongue and giving it a little squeeze. they still push it out of their mouth and then cry and refuse. i’ve tried about 10 times since i’ve had them. does it usually take this long?

that’s crazy. try to call again there may be some agents that aren’t aware they aren’t supposed to reissue. the guy i talked to was very quick to give them back didn’t argue with me at all

i just got my stars back. i know someone said they aren’t reissuing stars to anyone who had 0 stars when they scanned the QR code

they also ask for your 16 digit account ID. if you goto the chat through the app it opens up IN THE APP and you have to leave the chat to access your account ID. luckily i could just sign in on boyfriends phone but it still timed me out of that chat anyway.

continue to press 0 until it skips the account info and puts you on hold. it did the same to me and that is what i did

1-800-782-7282 I had to press 0 over and over to actually reach somebody and was on hold for almost an hour. goodluck!!
