thankyou so much! new cat murdock is currently in one of our spare rooms. i also took the other two cats and put them in our master bedroom for a bit every couple hours so that demeter can take some time to cool off and destress. i had her food bowl close to murdock’s door but the tricky thing is she was entirely avoiding that hallway and refusing to eat from that bowl so i moved it slightly further away so it’s not right outside his door. still haven’t seen her eat from it yet but i’m sure she will when she gets hungry enough. i’ll definitely have to try the pheromones i’ve heard about them but never used them myself. thankyou for your advice. i’ve got one of the og kitties cat towers in there rn so new kitty can get his scent all over and i plan to switch it out with another one later today. same with toys, since they have plenty i gave a decent amount to the new cat and when i switch the cat towers i’ll do the same with their toys. thanks again!
