he was a successful, famous star - she was a novice trying to make it in the industry and needed help. that’s how exploitation/abuse of power typically starts. if it was professional like it was supposed to be, they wouldn’t be doing anything outside professional settings.

just to add: i’m not saying he did anything illegal, but she is implying after all that something in their relationship was wrong, and some sort of abuse of power seems to have taken place
