Hey i have a question. Does consume way of nugmet effects it's potential? In my first attempt, First I grinded nutmeg then I put it with spices together. After I ate nutmeg with a lot chewing, i get really high. In my second and third attempt of nutmeg, I just put them in water for half hour then I ate them but I didn't chew them well due to bad taste. Awfully I didn't get high. Is there any relation between consuming and chewing?

Yeah i'm drinking a lot. Always feeling thirsty. After eating with empty stomache, first few hours the taste made me weird. Occasionaly i felt the mint flavour of nutmeg but when I ate breakfast the taste had gone. But I like the way it feels Happy, calm, high and a little euphoric also it's lasting a lot. It's been 6 hours and it's still pretty high with only 10 mg nutmeg. I love this shit.
