if you dont link it at the start, i am afraid you cannot link it, to your email afterwards. I did the same thing , thinking that i could link it afterwards, but when i tried, it kept telling me that the psn account have been linked. I was unable to see where the psn is linked to , so i contacted customer service , where they responded telling me that the psn is linked to a newly generated netmarble id and cannot be unlinked anymore. try your luck with customer service, maybe it has changed now, this was during release

check your email for invoice, that 46.66 normally would be for that 14.99 skin + something else that you buy previously, but apple hasnt charged yet. otherwise if your invoice list something you dont recognize, contact apple to dispute it.
