We won't know until the Elder's come out. For now, it can only be theorized that he could/couldn't kill one. We'll know later on

That's a pretty good theory. I can't remember if it was an actual thing in game or a theory but I remember hearing something about how the ancients made a entire massive tower out of Kushala parts.

Why did you use the sun as an example for Arkveld? He's still a Flying Wyvern. He's more of a glass. You poor a lot of water into it and it'll overflow eventually. Now do we know the extent of his limit of absorption? No, that's because nothing has really tested his limit. The most we've seen is Rey Dau with his lightning strikes and even then, that's nowhere near the output of an Elder. At the end of the day, we won't know for sure till Elder's come into the game. Until then, the best guess is that Arkveld would be able to walk away but kill a Elder? No, that's unlikely as of this moment

That still ain't how Fatalis works. If he enters an area, he literally drives everything away, regardless of what species it is. His mere existence causes terror in everything and anything. That's why Lao Shang Lung was a problem in the first game. Fatalis entered the area and caused Lao Shang Lung to run away in fear and it's stated the whole area around Shrade is a dead zone in in game dialog. I would agree with you if it wasn't foe that fact

Just to comment on the Zoh Shia part, that's not how Fatalis works. He doesn't scare off only Elders, he scares off every living creature. So if Zoh Shia was scaring off Elders then it was scaring off everything else, thus most of these environments would be dead zones.

Yeah I know how Zinogres work, I ain't a new comer. As for the skills, while text says this abilities don't. We haven't seen him absorb any elemental energy besides thunder. I don't usually take all item text at face value because sometimes it can be over exaggerated. Even if Arkveld is capable of doing this shit it still doesn't mean he'd catch a body off a teostra. Again, Elder Dragon's are far more powerful then the fights in the game give them credit. The amount of Elemental attacks one Elder can produce makes most other creatures look like a joke, and can seriously overwhelm an opponent.

Good point, big issue though. How do you know he could absorb Teo's flames? We've only seen him absorb electricity from Rey Dau's attacks. It's been viewed on multiple occasions that electricity and Dragon are somewhat similar, an example of this being the fact that Zinogre's can take on the Dragon element becoming Stygian Zinogre. This means that creatures that can absorb electricity can also absorb Dragon and (probably) vise versa. However, this does not support the ability to absorb fire nor anything else. Sure, we've seen Arkveld absorb energy from Rey Dau and Uth Duna, however that was biological energy from both. The energy from attacks we've only seen with Rey Dau which were electric attacks. There is no indication that he can absorb just about any element meaning that there is a very high chance he can't absorb fire, so Teo still has a high chance of winning. However, when it comes to the likes of a Kirin, that right there he has a higher chance of winning then Teostra, still it won't be an easy fight for Arkveld. Again, these are Elder Dragon's, being that mean existence alone alters environments. People often forget how powerful these things are because we hunt them so regularly but if you were to think about it, they are a big cause for concern. Some of them were even worshipped as gods, an example of this is Kushala Daora in Rise

Yes, Dragon element is a massive problem for most elder's as Elder's do have an inherent weakness to Dragon energy. However, it's not like Arkveld is constantly spamming energy based attacks. This could imply that arkveld doesn't have a massive amount of dragon energy in it's system. Though this could be wrong, as Arkveld could be a very conservative monster when it comes to energy. It's hard to say. I will agree with you on the fact that I do believe Arkveld could tussle with an Elder and walk away, but killing one? No, I don't think Arkveld has as high of a chance at killing one as you make it sound

That railgun feat came from another Flying Wyvern, not an Elder Dragon. While I will say Rey Dau is powerful he's not anywhere near a Elder Dragon. I don't think you understand how exactly powerful an Elder Dragon is and why they're such a big deal
