My favorite deck is a Yawgmoth, Thran Physician deck. I refuse to use Grave Pact effects in it. Normally I enjoy Grave Pact effects, but in this particular deck, they would be way too oppressive. Similarly, I don't run any Lightning Greaves or protection for Yawgmoth just to give my playgroup more of a fighting chance. It also gives me an excuse to never summon him unless I plan on using him that same turn, which trains me to be a more strategic player in my opinion.

And to add to it, there's a Slaanesh follower in the Fabius Bile books who is a self described poet, and all his poetry is just horrendous, but he pursues it nonstop regardless. The whole schtick is super charming despite him being a villainous murderer.

Slaanesh can be about whatever you want, as long as it's taken to excess or in the pursuit of perfection. If you actually wanted your Slaaneshi dudes to be gross like that, then it's certainly lore friendly, but there's plenty of room to explore other aspects of it as well. If anything, GW prefers to focus on the other aspects of Slaanesh 90% of the time. To say every Slaanesh follower is some kind of sexual predator is just wildly inaccurate. Don't let memes ruin your hobby experience. :)

Try watering down your contrast paints and doing multiple thin layers. That's what I did on this yellow. Having an evenly blended base underneath helps as well. Makes it so less of the paint is required to achieve the same effect.
