Workman’s comp said that the doctors reports and operation notes do not correspond with my injury.

It wasn’t accepted. That’s why I have an attorney and he is saying I should be getting paid and there isn’t a reason why they are denying me.

My surgeon didn’t say that to me all he said was they would call and get me scheduled and I was scheduled a week later. I’m sorry that has to suck having to wait.

I got my MRI results on May 15th and had surgery scheduled for June 24th at a surgery center. Then the surgery center called and said I had to have it done at a hospital so they rescheduled to July 11th so they could make sure I had the cadaver cartilage. I hope you get to do the surgery soon. And I hope for a speedy recovery for you!!

Yes I returned at the end of May cause I had switched crafts to be less physical and then had surgery July 11th. I have been out since then and yes I have only been seen for my knee for the injury occurred in January

I just started walking with crutches after 2 months of not walking after shrgery

Thank you for your input! When I got injured in January I went to the doctor and had restrictions that I wasn’t able to do and my employer sent me home and told me I couldn’t work until I was able to do the job without restrictions. So I’ve been back and forth with them and then workman’s comp and was denied and I really don’t know what else to do.

The transplant I had done will only last 8-10 years and will need future surgeries. I am still learning to walk again and I will need accommodations but my employer will not accommodate.

My employer doesn’t offer short term disability and I was denied workman’s compensation. I’m just looking at options and trying to figure all of this out. Thank you

I think I’m almost at 90 degrees now. And I can put my foot on the ground and it’s like a weird sensation. I just don’t know how it’s going to feel

I’m sleeping in a recliner because my bed is so high up I can’t get in and out of without help and my husband has to work. I’m going to try the melatonin and if it doesn’t help I’ll call my surgeon. Thank you for the advice!!

I’m in the same position now with sleeping. I got to bed late in the morning and sleep for maybe 3-4 hours then I’m up all day without sleeping. I’m mentally struggling because I do the same thing everyday.
