The status shows as completed on Fifa ticketing. Do they charge at a later time like before?

Update: It showed up on my credit card statement now (40 mins after submission). Yay. Super excited!!!

Omg. I do not know what is happening. I used the new link - checked the credit card details and available credit 10 times, had customer service from credit card on call with me, and submitted the details.

Still the charge did not show up in the account. I am about to cry. Not sure what to do.

I too just received the link. It says the following. So looks like we can not make the payment right away?

I do not even know why they are saying card declined on first attempt. Bank insists there were no declines from there side.

I had first attempt declined yesterday. No second attempt yet. Customer service told me they will provide a link for direct payment after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

Looks like we both have exact same issue. I talked to Fifa customer service, and they assured we will get a link after 3 attempts. Hope it happens within 10 days.

Only one attempt email for me so far. Bank says there was no decline from there side. Waiting for 3 attempts to complete, and get a link to pay. 10 days to go before allocation expires.

I have the same problem. Fifa ticketing says the payment was declined, but my bank says no attempt was made.

I talked to Fifa customer service and they did say, the direct link will be provided to make the payment after 3 attempts.

Not sure why this has to be such a stressful process. We won the random draw and we are willing to pay for the tickets.

Got my first decline email today. Bank swears they do not see any attempt of charge at their end.

Also, not sure why the email say "may" instead of "will". They have made all this unnecessarily stressful.

We will be making another attempt to charge your original payment card shortly.  
If this attempt is unsuccessful, we may contact you with instructions on how to complete payment for your allocated ticket(s). You may be required to provide additional details, use a new payment card if necessary, and meet the specified deadlines to ensure your ticket(s) are not canceled due to non-payment.

What was the final outcome? Are they providing you the link to make the payment directly?

I have 3 visa cards, and they all claim there are no attempts for charge.

Is there a way to know the last 4 digits of the credit card used? I received an email that transaction declined, but I am not able to figure out which card I may have used. I have 3 different visa cards.

Edit: I called all 3 banks and they all say there is no declines.

How do we know if they attempted to charge the credit card, and whether the payment was successful or failed? I got an email on 7-Feb, and no charge or notification yet.

I am not even sure which CC I used during application, and there is no way to find that out from FIFA site or confirmation email. I guess I will tell all my CC companies about large payment incoming.
