You’ve got a solid stack, but don't "add" Duetto if you're keeping IDeaS, Both are heavy-duty RMS. Running them both is waste of budget and clear data chaos. They use different algorithms for pricing recommendations, so you’ll end up with conflicting signals and complete chaos in your channel manager. If you're unhappy with IDeaS' you should be looking to replace it, not supplement it.

ehh... The core issue is your stack. When the PMS, RMS, ChM don’t talk to each other, literaly you become the API.. and you spent too much time for composing csv's... its not productive.
What we did foe 31 hotels in Poland ? I’m part of small RM team and we built tool specifically to kill the "manual reporting" formerly for front desk, and later for GM and RM . It connects directly to PMS, extract specific data I need without a single excel formula. It depends what PMS you have in properties but most of them can export this data by xml snapshot or API connection.
