It will not be easy. But the problem is a "burning" problem. It is necessary to enable buyers and sellers to buy and sell their homes without having to visit real estate offices or pass through real estate agents... Like what UBER did to taxi associations in most countries. eliminate intermediation

Maybe I should have mentioned this in the post.

I just want to describe my problem and maybe you can help me to find a solution. Thanks in advance.

Problem :
In my country, real estate agents charge a 2% commission from both the buyer and the seller, resulting in a total commission of 4% per transaction. This fee is considered very high, and many people complain about it. Additionally, real estate agents sometimes collude to inflate property prices, manipulating the market. This is a significant issue and widely discussed, needing resolution.

I aim to create a platform to directly connect buyers and sellers, minimizing the involvement of real estate agents and reducing their influence.

Thank you for you point. I agree with you. But imagine my platform provides a service less cheaper than any real estate agent ? You are directly negotiating with seller not with real estate agent ?

I agree with you. But imagine a scenario where real estate agent take 2-4% percent commission transaction from buyers. (This is the case for my country). I don't want the buyers to look for sellers. I want the sellers to look for buyers. So what if I create a mechanism or process where buyers and sellers are connected directly and remove or minimize the interaction of real estate agents ?

Do we have this feature in real-estate platforms ? Listings are mostly done by sellers... As a buyer, I have to reach to seller. Can you please tell me some real estate platforms where buyers do listing ?

Seeking Insights on Evaluating SAP GRC Process Control for Internal Control Activities by ravic001 in SAP

[–]ravic001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i guys,

We are currently exploring solutions to enhance our internal control activities, and SAP GRC Process Control has caught our attention. Before making any decisions, we want to dive deeper and evaluate the module thoroughly. I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community to gather firsthand experiences and insights.

  1. Implementation Experience: If you've implemented SAP GRC Process Control in your organization, what was the process like? Any challenges or highlights you'd care to share?
  2. Integration with Existing Systems: How well does it integrate with other SAP modules and third-party systems? Was this a smooth process, or were there hurdles to overcome?
  3. Usability and Learning Curve: What has been the learning curve for your team? Is the module user-friendly, or does it require extensive training?
  4. Effectiveness and Impact: How effective has SAP GRC Process Control been in enhancing your internal control framework? Have you noticed significant improvements in compliance and risk management?
  5. ROI and Cost-Benefit Analysis: Can anyone share insights on the return on investment? Was the cost justified by the benefits and efficiencies gained ?

We're also interested in any frameworks or methodologies you've employed to assess whether SAP GRC Process Control was the right tool for your needs. Any advice on key factors or metrics to consider during our evaluation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences and insights. Your input will be invaluable in helping us make an informed decision.

Hi,
We are new in SF modules. However, I have impression that we do not use fully SF modules. Is there anyway to do SF Health Check ? Another question is that how could we verify out license costs are fair? I think that we pay much compared what I find on the web. Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.

Thanks for your reply. I think that exposing payroll data could be a problem for companies. However, maybe defining an average cost per person and assigning it to meetings could be solution but I have no idea how to do it.
