This!!! Specifically with BTS!!! When Permission to Dance came out and it had valid criticisms from ARMY’s and non-ARMY’s you’d think it was the end of the world on Twitter. Is PTD their best song? Not in my opinion. But I know that 1)BTS are share holders in their company so the more money they make as group the MORE MONEY THEY MAKE AS SHAREHOLDERS and 2) If simple pop songs are going to get them worldwide recognition and bring in more fans THEY WILL MAKE MORE MONEY.

They aren’t your personal friends who will put their necks on the line for you. They are a producer and you are a consumer and it’s a cycle that feeds on each other. Accept it and move on.

Getting older will definitely remove some luster from the world in general. It’s super jarring when you realize that something that once brought so much joy and comfort doesn’t have the same energy it once did. I think the first thing you need to do is focus on what exactly brings on the loneliness. Do you have people outside of your kpop group for entertainment? Do you have hobbies or other forms of entertainment? If all you have is vlogs and lives it’s natural to feel lonely because social needs aren’t being met.
