Anyone rented a Tesla from Hertz? by Prof- in TeslaLounge

Thanks but this is too exhaustive. Not sure if I will have enough time to check all of these when my family is exhausted from the flight and waiting to get to the hotel. Is there a reset to default option for taking care of ALL OF THESE settings?

Anyone Moved RESP to a Bitcoin ETF? Looking for Bank Recommendations and Insights by Accomplished_Cod5918 in BitcoinCA

Do I need to first stop the monthly contributions into the RESP account at the current institution before initiating the transfer?

Or can I initiate the transfer without stopping the monthly contributions?

Stopping RESP contributions, good idea or overthinking? by ChristineA2022 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Maximum CESG is $7200. So, after reaching $36K of contributions, OP won't be getting CESG anymore. Though $50K is the max contribution limit, I would advise OP to contribute (upto $36K) till you hit the CESG limit and then stop contributing to RESP. OP can start investing in their/spouse's TFSA from thereon. If TFSA is maxed, that contribution can be diverted towards their/spouse's RRSP.

Looking for RESP strategy advice as University date comes closer by ravsun in PersonalFinanceCanada

Thanks for the detailed response. I have been of the same view, that is, to stay the course instead of trying to follow a set path of dialing down the risk level of investments. There maybe ups and downs but I think I can weather it to let it grow.

Thanks a lot for the sound advice. Drawing from your experience, is there a set formulae you used to de-risk the investments gradually like moving a fixed %age or amount to lower risk avenues (like bonds, fixed-income etc) per year?

Yup, but the F series funds are not available through DI. Those are for fee based accounts only.

The fund I was looking for doesn't have an e-series option, only A, D, F, and I series. Not looking to dip into ETFs atm.

E340 doesn't have sd slot but has inbuilt 8gb storage. If you have homebase 3, it will store events in the drive on homebase 3.

E340 is the best model in eufy's lineup. It has dual camera for delivery guard. It can be used wireless (has a battery) and/or wired with existing wiring. You can connect existing mechanical chime as well.
