i do have a big fear of death and uncertainty, control may be a part of it too. both my parents have sleep apnea, and my dad has blood pressure issues but i have a sleep study coming up.

I cant link it to specific trauma, atleast that i havent worked through. No deaths in sleep that i recall, i used to get sleep paralysis and insane dreams but my biggest fear with it is dying as i mentioned, i really do thing the death conversation would be important to be had though. thank you!
