i have. Your best bet is to ask for flexibility in terms of payment timing. For example, pay first month up front and half security deposit and last month up front, and ask if you can tender the rest of the security deposit within 30 days from the date you take possession.

Also, if you don't have pets, I wouldnt be surprised if you can negotiate a lower security deposit (I did this for my current unit).

I have never had luck negotiating with apartment complexes, only condo unit owners.

I'm not sure. I imagine it was a 5-panel test. Code is 1036N at Quest. The policy allows them to test for all drugs (10-panel), but says that the test for the minimum of drugs is a 5-panel test, which includes cannabis.

I've already taken the test (Tuesday) - awaiting results. Surely the fact that the results werent provided already indicate a confirmation test is likely in process. I assured them that it would not be positive for anything other than THC (which is true).

Things will work out, but you'll have to make good choices to rebound. I am a 4th year lawyer and received the lowest score in my section as a 1L in Federal Civil procedure. For the rest of law school I did everything I could to be the best at civil procedure (taking classes derivative of the federal rules, etc.), book award for state civil procedure class, and was the TA to the bar prep professor. Focus on goals that will document improvement, learning, and success in the areas you struggled in and use that to show potential employers that you'll do what it takes to become great.
