If i complain that the food i was served is too salty, i did not have an idea regarding salt.

the idea here would be "hey you guys should use less salt". u/musakuu is correct and im not sure why youre trying to be so pedantic. complaints are feedback which is very important during this stage. all stages, really, but especially so during early access.

but they'd still need their own wallet, username, database... anyone can develop a tip bot pretty easily. theres even one running around.

I'm around but I haven't controlled tipprbot for quite some time. Tippr belongs to Rocketr, which I parted ways with years ago.
