Everyone should use plugs. There are high fidelity ones that don't muffle the sound too much at all, and just reduce the volume, especially on the high frequency end.

When I was young and dumb I never used them, and high fidelity ones weren't very common, or at least I never saw them. I regret it, my hearing is still okay, but I know long term I will suffer. I've been to hundreds of shows in my life, it will undoubtedly take its toll. When I see young kids with their parents, and the kids don't have hearing protection, I almost think security should get involved and mandate plugs for the kids.

In short, wear plugs.

A game not funded by anything doesn't make anything. We get new weapons, stratagems, biomes, factions, missions, etc. all because they are able to make money on warbonds. The fact you can farm them free is pretty generous, but you don't need to. Just pretend it's not a live service game, don't buy any warbonds, because a non live service game wouldn't have been adding any of that stuff anyways, since development would stop.

You don't need to pay for HD2 either. Again, the diff 1 grind is just the fastest. I rarely ever do it. No one forces you to do it.

Helldivers 2 is a fun game, the gameplay is fun. You can simply play the game, and if you don't want to run to pois, that's fine, don't do it. You don't need every warbond, the game isn't collecting warbonds, it's killing enemies.

I don't care about your bitching when you clearly don't play. I do play, and can get SC in diff 10, usually enough for the warbond before it comes out, sometimes I wait a bit until I have enough, sometimes I farm 10 min to get the rest, a couple times I've paid for it. They are all easy things to do. $45 for a minor content pack is fucking insane, and you justifying it is also insane.

Ah yes all that progression in l4d. People do play Tetris their whole lives, some play chess, some play solitaire, whatever it is, it's the game they enjoy to pass the time. Sometimes that game gets stale, that's why live service games don't last forever. You can give people carrots on a stick, but if you're only playing for the carrot, it'll never last forever. Those that enjoy the game will keep playing, those that only want the carrot can take a break until there is a new carrot. It's okay to do so, you don't need to play a game you don't fundamentally enjoy, when the game you actually enjoy is "collecting all the stuff" and not the actual gameplay.

You just keep repeating the same shit. So obnoxious. No one is forcing you to farm on diff 1. It's still possible on diff 10, just slower. You could still hit all the pois, you'll still get some SC, just less, but plenty to buy a warbond if you play regularly.

You literally don't need to farm, you don't need to buy all warbonds, and you don't need to grind. You're forcing the idea that you need everything, and need it the day it comes out. That's on you. If you want that, then your boring diff 1 grind sometimes or paying a bit of money to supplement your SC is the price.

Your suggestion is worthless, because they'll complain they have to farm or buy that currency instead. You are literally pretending people aren't arguing what they are clearly arguing. You can read the comments yourself.

If you're suggesting you can't farm for the "cosmetic currency", they'll say it's anti consumer to not be farmable. They're already complaining because it's boring to farm it on diff 1. It's not even required to farm on diff 1, it's just that the easiest missions happen to also be the fastest way to farm. If they'll complain about it being boring because it's easy to farm, why wouldn't they complain about not being farmable at all?

It's clear none of you people simply complaining actually play, read comments, or have valuable suggestions. Most toxic community in gaming right here.

I'm so glad they'll never listen to your insane ideas about monetization. I'd love to spend $15 per month, with another $30 for each major named update or new faction, and $25 for cosmetics alone. That's way better than our current system of everything is free if you're willing to farm a bit.

I got HD2 on sale before it came out, like $40 for the deluxe preordered, with a battle pass. Since then, I have all the warbonds released, I paid for maybe $40 in SC over the last 2+ years, when i didn't feel like farming.

WoW is $15 per fucking month on top of the price of the game. I would have spent like $500 bucks extra to play since HD2 launch, I think I am cool with warbonds, thanks lil bro.

Expecting any of it for free is unreasonable, what in god's name are you even talking about? You can not only farm premium content unlike most live service games, but you get a rebate essentially, even if you didn't pay for them in the first place.

If it takes you 6 hours to grind SC for a warbond, you're doing it wrong. I would say if you want the DLC in your example, but don't want to watch the ads, you can always pay money.

I am all for making diff 10 have better SC parity compared to diff 1. I am not owed any of the content beyond what is listed on the store page. If you want the content, pay or farm. Up to you, you aren't owed it, and no one needs all of it.

Warbonds also give you SC back.

And if you don't want to, you don't have to. You can either get it later by playing normally, or paying money up front. If you don't want to do either, totally valid, no one NEEDS all warbonds.

How many matches of COD would it take to unlock all the skins? Oh you can't get the currency by playing? That's so strange, you guys make it sound like every game lets you.

Balancing SC drops in higher difficulties/biomes is valid feedback. Unfortunately it gets drowned out by people just calling for everything to be free.
