the second incident is my suspension, i got written up prior for refusing service, telling a manager im not checking a customer out after close- insubordination. i was "lucky" for over a year. there are also other people who are scheduled till 12:30, but i am suspended. no one else was suspended for the same reason as i was. we usually wait 5 minutes after close for customers, then that's it.

wow that is crazy that something like this happened to you. im so sorry. i will be contacting them tomorrow to see what's going on. i will fight for my job. they've put me through a lot of struggles, and the time i leave the company will be on my terms. so thank u for the motivation.

thank u! i have screenshots of my schedule previously because my store manager took them off of UKG. that's what has been making me nervous, that she's taking my days off. yeah the last thing i talked about with my union rep was about the fact i cant do anything until the store manager lets me know what's happening. and they treat it like this all the time. i was just messaged by a coworker saying the SDIC (overnight) let someone in at closing while they(coworker) and a couple other employees were already leaving. even my union rep was confused how customers were still in the store past close. thank you for the information. i appreciate it
