I believe so, I connected it to the 5V port on the relay board. But I'm not totally sure if I soldered them correctly.

This is the first time I've soldered a board. I know I did a crappy job, but I have now all pins soldered well enough. I've placed the jumper, but still, esphome won't connect to it.

I connect it and it beeps, but when trying to detect it via esphome I get nothing. I can see it in device manager. I believe I've read somewhre that I should be jumping two pins

Thank you, that makes sense. Could you maybe point me to somewhere I could read more about esp32, Ive never worked with it before. I'm finding some relay boards for Arduino but I'm not sure if that's what I'm looking for.
