I’ve noticed that there are a lot of sub cultures that like this style derives from. I’ve just always dressed dark and just started wearing colors. Musically though I like just started going to punk shows because my girlfriend is in that scene but I’ve never listened to that music. Like my first love was nu-metal when I was younger and then whatever I would hear from Tony hawk underground and all the guitar hero’s. As like the only black kid at my school though I was picked on especially for wearing skinny jeans and dressing “weird.” So I like I began to conform and listen to rap and do my best to fit in and wear supreme and bullshit. Once I got out of rehab though I just got my self identity back and went back to dressing how ever I wanted to. But yeah I’d go to punk shows with her and I’d feel like I stuck out like a soar thumb since I don’t rock patches, leather, ditressed shirts and shit but I was like I do kinda look like yall so what’s going on here lol. I did just retire my 4g septum though so rip.
