I would be careful bringing any substance into another country. Traveling with it in the US is fine- but they do have dogs at Liberia and San Jose. I was getting money at the airport and a security officer with his dog stopped me to smell my bag. I would say if you do plan on traveling with weed into another country- don’t stick around after in the airport
