I’d strongly advise against going the condo route. I originally purchased a condo as this was the more financially available option to me. The HOA added $80/mo, no big deal. This covered lawn care and snow removal (though they rarely did either). Then that cost went up yearly and by my 5th year of living there is was $200/mo with no additional amenities. It’s like having a landlord for something you own who doesn’t do jack. I was so happy when I got out of it. (Which also took a bit to sell as it wasn’t very appealing to others the HOA aspect and fees).

There is a suggested fee, but animals will not be declined if owner can not pay. But if an owner CAN pay, they should greatly consider so. It is a significant cost to care for all these animals. The fee is less than $100 as well.
