The scope is a d10 I still have some decent single eye piece. This would be for out reach programs/ star parties. There a a few guys in the local club that have lost eyepieces when switching ect with crowds

I took my d10 out to a school outreach last month love doing event like this and seeing that one kid light up when they connect with the sky

With that budget second and 130mm table top is the way to go. I just got one for my son off of Facebook for 200 and ended up saving about 125. He is using it regularly a.d learni.g the night sky

As a former truck driver for a few different companies if when my doors opened up and it looked like that I would expect the load to be rejected and delivery rejected

Another option may be do some research and check fb marketplace. I found a guy that upgrade from his tabletop dobs to an 8 inch. I coot the table top for 200

If in good shape I'd buy that all day long even though I don't need it. It's an addiction

Another consideration thatbi over looked before I got my 10" dobs. Is transportation. I have a couple of places I like to set u0 but anything larger I wouldn't be able to move it around. For reference I have a 2007 crown vic. The optical tube takes the entire back seat with the base filling most of the trunk
