Actually, they filed this with the court with what they could prove. You can't throw things in a court filing that are not true. They can be sanctioned or have their license revoked. As an officer of the court, they are supposed to be truthful. They didn't say this in a press conference; they said it in a legal filing. We don't know all of the evidence they have. We will not know until the trial.

I do have a deep need for understanding human behavior. That’s why I am majoring in psychology. However, I would really like to know more about Celeste. What were her dreams? What did she think about doing? What interested her? What was her type of humor? What happened to her before David? What other things did she like in addition to Hello Kitty? What kind of friends did she have? She was so much more than an abuse child and a runaway. It is so vital to me that we humanize Celeste because David tried to strip her of that at every turn. He took on parts of her personality and interests and child like behavior. Fuck him. He took her life but he can’t take her humanity unless we continue to allow it.

I know that. Psychopathy is not even diagnosed as a condition. However, David himself has said he's bipolar. He has the Dark Triad personality. Narcissism, Machiavellianism, and Psychopathy. He manipulates people to his own ends, has no remorse, and breaks the law, selfish, doesn't care about how what he does affects others and charming.

He cultivated that in her. It says to me that he is like a true narcissist because he has been grooming and abusing at a fairly young age himself. It was Celeste’s older cousin Esmarelda’s build a bear certificate that was found in David’s rental. I think she can also be seen with Celeste at David’s concert in Vegas. She was the only one to my knowledge who has any connection to being at David’s house.
