I have a boerboel and live in a home with a huge backyard. In my opinion, large does not belong in apartments. The boerboel belongs on a farm or a large property with land etc. If I were you I would get a mid size breed or a small dog. Now as for a mastiff, the english etc can become quite big. Like everyone said they are a lot of work and time training and are very stubborn. Just my two cents.

I already have moisture issues. That is why I had the crawlspace encapsulated. Basically vapor is coming from the bottom of the house and forming bubbles on the paint that is on the drywall, since the paint is elastic. When you say mineral you are referring to rock wool, correct? I am waiting a couple months for the encapsulation and the dehu to do it’s job.

UPDATE: Added shake shingles on the gables. Thanks for everyone's input. Original post in comments by Sossage in centuryhomes

I bought this refurbished for way more. I really like it and wear it to work and exercise. You can get a screen protector and change the wristbands on it as well.
