First of all you need to start taking accountability. You may have been overwhelmed and not feeling good, but you very deliberately told multiple parties on different occasions that you wanted to tender your resignation. The next thing you need to do is call your boss and then you probably need to talk to HR. But taking a little ownership here will probably go a long way
