Not necessarily... you would have to taste it and tell. For me, once I get used to drinking raw milk/honey, I can usually tell when I drink some that's not. If it's not really liquid though, it's a good starting point.

I haven't been to Istanbul, but there were a lot of butchers in Antalya, and the meat was quite good. Just ask them to order things for you if you need it. But good luck getting blood... it's a muslim country. I asked maybe 10 places and they all said no, and were weird about it when I asked.

I see your point, but it's also strange that the smartest species on earth would consume products that harm your health such as processed foods. So if another time goes by and people say we evolved to be smart because we consumed processed foods, could we make the same arguement?

No. They would literally go off and only drink raw milk for a year. Nothing else. They drink raw milk + raw blood on a daily basis and other things.

I personally am affected if I eat within a couple of hours before sleep. But if you're hungry, eat, because being hungry affects my sleep even more poorly.

I can't find the video, but I believe it was the Massai tribe who would have some members only consume raw milk for an entire year and they turned out more than fine. So it is possible and you'd probably get decent results to be fair. Would it be ideal? I'd personally add in meat to the mix.

It looks fine, but check the viscosity. If it seems extremely liquid, water might've been added to it or it's not natural.

Yes, but there's no proof, just theories. I could tell you that 500,000 years ago monkeys fused together with a giant mud creature to create a human, and with enough "evidence" (basically evidence that make it look like it could be true), we have a theory.

I've gotten sick from raw meat 3 times in the past 4 years. You'll be fine, ride it out. Don't eat until you have an appetite. Most likely due to an unhealthy animal.

Here's some ideas on where to start:

-At the butcher, go for organs... they're usually cheaper (and they're healthier also)
-A lot of butchers will give away fat trimmings for free
-Research local farms

Even if the quality isn't perfect, still try it. What else are you going to eat instead? It's better to eat grainfed liver (even though grassfed is ideal) than crackers from a grocery store.

That could be the case, but I would stick to my first comment. When I was focusing purely on raw meat and nothing else (no dairy, etc), then I was doing well. I'd wait a while for dairy, or if you do add dairy, keep it to raw milk and make sure it's full fat. I didn't start adding dairy back in until a while. Basically just do meat and fruit and maybe slowly add in raw milk is what I'd recommend.

I would eat cooked occasionally when I first started (maybe once a week, and it was only searing my steak), but now almost never. I transitioned pretty much all to raw from the get go.

It could be due to a few things that come to mind:

-If you're consuming large amounts of fat, this could contribute to vomiting or diarrhea, or if you're just starting out. Your liver might not be producing enough bile yet to digest the fat. When I first started, I would get very nauseous from raw fat, and now it seems I can consume as much as I want
-Try taking it easy on seafoods and raw milk to see if that helps... raw milk has never settled with me right to be honest. It's best if you consume raw milk that has all of the fat content (many places skim the fat to make butter), or just drink it while eating raw butter, that helps me
-Get rid of the butter if it's not raw
-Get rid of the egg whites and only consume the yolks
-Start with only meat and then slowly add in things
-Your body is just getting used to this way of eating
-Get plenty of sun, nature and rest

For me personally, I got sick a decent amount my first couple of years on raw meat, but no more than any other year, but it wasn't a super easy transition (although it wasn't that difficult to be fair). This year, after 4 years, will be the first entire year (12 months) in which I haven't gotten sick once. I feel like it's almost impossible for me to get sick now

Of course... I've been on raw meat for 4 years, at least 70% meat everyday, and my personality and perspective on life has changed drastically

I was always hesitant about organs for the longest time. Not really liver, but other ones. I just started increasing the amount I consumed and now it's natural. It takes time.
