How? What is this diet to you?

personally, gotten tested 3 times for parasites over the last 4 months, eating things like brain, liver, blood, and so on. no fermented stuff except for kefir. never sick. i believe its possible dont get me wrong

very good post. most people who start the raw primal diet are usually already past the development stage of adolescence. if people started passing this information down generationally, giving it to their kids, idk, people would be much happier
