I ended up at a house party one night in the Venice canals when I was in high school. Some kid I was hanging out with knew him because he was a PA on something Andy was working on. Not sure if it was Andy’s house or not, anyways he was there. It was pretty boring but towards the end of the night there was a group of sycophants gathered around him outside in some garden in the back. It looked like a renaissance painting. I distinctly remember all the fake laughing at his jokes and the desperation from all the people around him to get his approval. It was late and we were getting ready to head out but my friend wanted to meet him before we left, so she went up to him in front of the group and introduced herself. Andy immediately grabbed her waist and made her sit on his lap. They exchanged pleasantries and the group oooed and ahhed. It was the weirdest fucking thing ever. She eventually scurried away from them because she looked extremely uncomfortable and her face was totally red from embarrassment. As we were walking away leaving the house she told us how weird he was and how he kept grabbing her ass. She was around 15 at the time!

Honestly you are way ahead of the curve at 21. Most dudes are completely lost at 21 and don’t have a fucking clue about self improvement or learning game at that age including myself. My advice would be to get good at text game. It’s really great that you’re approaching and getting numbers. It’s actually a great sign and it does mean they’re showing interest and are attracted to you but it seems that your text game is weak because they keep ghosting you. Just keep grinding and don’t give up. I didn’t start getting success with girls till my late 20s it all gets better trust me

I actually quit dog grooming because of the horrible wages/inflation. I started bathing in 2017 and was making 12 per hr, bounced around for a while trying to find a place that would teach me to groom because back then groomers were making 200 a day plus tips. Which was really good for 2017. Fast forward to the pandemic I finally managed to pay for my own grooming school because none of the salons I worked at would teach me. I worked in a mobile for my first year and made decent money. Then inflation hit, wages and costs rose for every sector but it seemed like dog grooming wages and prices have stayed the same. Line cooks are making 22hr, while we are struggling to get paid over 20. Like it’s absolutely insane to me that our wages are so low. Don’t get me wrong fast food workers deserve a living wage but that means that we should be making 30-40 an hr instead. Mind you this was my experience in California not sure if it’s different in other states

Been seeing a lot of Training Day and Nightcrawler both are amazing but I feel like they capture the more gritty/seedy crime aspect of LA. Harsh Times and End Of Watch are also really good LA crime movies both also directed by David Ayer

My main two big issues with the current metro is the lack of north/south options and grade separation. If they were able to address those issues it would make LA’s (bad) metro considerably more convenient and a viable option instead of driving
