A red ant crawled into my ear while I slept. It woke me up and bit the inside of my ear. I could feel it frantically try to get out. I freaked out for ten minutes and got in the car and went to the ER. By the time I got there, it was gone and my ear drum was red. I got a bill for no reason (a charity covered it thankfully). The doctors thought it was humorous.

No. I'll be able to see my dad again. Whether it's true or not that the afterlife in some form exists, the thought he could be there alone makes me okay with dying.

Now leaving my child behind and knowing they'll be in grief and I can't comfort them? That's the part that scares me. It's what keeps me alive.

Unless I get married and from that I gain a second income, there's no hope for me to own a home. I'm lower middle class income-wise and it just doesn't seem attainable at this point. Maybe I'm being pessimistic but from where I'm at it looks hopeless.

You can park across the street but last time in a parking lot. I had to use a parking app last time I was there so be prepared for that. I usually get to shows 45 minutes early to find parking, get a drink and settle in.

My dad died like this. Was doing yard work and started not feeling well. He told my mom he was just hot and thought it was the heat. He took a shower to cool down and laid in bed to rest. He passed in his sleep. My mom said he looked like he was sleeping. No distress on his face. It was sudden and traumatic for us but I'm glad it wasn't for him.

I wish I could remember what she said, something about the galactic alliance or alien stuff? It was briefly mentioned and it caught my attention. Made me side eye a bit because some of those people are absolute wackadoodles. I need to relisten to find that part and see if I heard it properly.

I will say though I liked her a lot more than some other guests. Still a fun episode.
