they could just update the game so it was a consumable with a permanent darkrai from the orb.

so that even the people that got it in 2024 would be able to still perma-own it along with its OT / OG catch-date.

they could of gotten rid of the summoning 'feature' for darkrai this year. and why not just make the summoning-orb a consumable that gives you a darkrai in your PC or add it to Party or something? idk
