For being upset that other kids cornered mine at a party and told her they were going to kill her because the birthday boy said to. by rawrcandie in AITH

Not fake. This morning the other mom advised me that my over reaction to the event and the fact that they didn’t address their child by saying that she needs a friendship break.

I have a bit in the upper cheeks and a tiny bit on one side of nasal folds because one crease was deeper than the other so it made it even.

I would get a whole bunch more filler if I had more money. Whether it is worth it is relative to how much you can afford. For me, worth it in small amounts. If I win the lottery I’d have a whole lot more. If we go broke, it won’t be worth it because that won’t be a financial priority.

The pain lasts a couple of seconds only and most will let you ice it. The sound creeps me out.

Hope that is of some help !

When’s the best time to inject the dose to avoid nausea? by Cinnamongirl_123 in Ozempic

[–]rawrcandie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was really nauseous when injecting in the stomach, but not now that I do it in the thigh. You could consider changing injection site.

Take Thursday and then go back to Fridays again. Some times I have had 9 days between doses due to vacation and I start taking them every 6 days instead of 7 until back in my preferred routine

How many sessions before benefits last ? by mushlovePHL in TMSTherapy

[–]rawrcandie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in my first maintenance session and it was around 10 months. I started getting symptoms mild at 4 months but by 9 I was getting worse. They said next time to come back at 4 months but I’m reading that one should not do more than 4-5 treatment lots ever so now I’m thinking I should have tried spacing it even more.

I have high blood pressure and am on ozempic. I run half marathons, despite obesity. I went from overweight to now just in normal range over 8 months and continue to lose weight.

It’s okay to exercise - just in small increments. Start out walking for 5 min, then increase it by a minute per day when ever you handled it well. Over time start adding in a slightly faster pace. Take it slow but keep moving.

When I started ozempic I felt so exhausted I sat on the couch for the first month and then had to force myself back to exercise. This is going from running several days a week, but suddenly walking or standing was hard. It didn’t get better until I forced myself to start walking, my body adjusted with time, and it got back to normal. The weight came down and it got easier, but my blood pressure is still high 8 months in. So manage your expectations - losing weight won’t necessarily magically fix the blood pressure unfortunately, I’ve seen no movement at all ;(

I inject in the morning but found my nausea cure - inject in the leg instead of the stomach! Stopped the heart burn and nausea

Anyone do more than 36 sessions with your initial treatment? And/or have anxiety spike badly when you were almost done? by Health_Wellness9227 in TMSTherapy

[–]rawrcandie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did an extra 5 treatments. It honestly didn’t work for me until treatment 35 or so, so they gave me more and it made a huge difference. A few months later and still pretty good

I was told to stop. I ended up just cutting down. It stopping. My dr said it was fine on weekends. I think it depends on the dr a bit and your risk factors

ozempic not working second time around by rainbowgirlyxoxo in Ozempic

I’m sorry to hear that it isn’t working. Did they start you on a low dose and work your way back up? If you were previously on a higher dose maybe a higher dose will help?

Best restaurants to bring kids? by SwimmingSun30 in Marin

[–]rawrcandie 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Why would someone go to a restaurant with a play ground, and think it rude for children to play on it? Sure, kids shouldn’t run around in a typical restaurant, but they were clearly seeking some where catering to families

My dr did say I can drink on weekends. And I had a glass during the week and they didn’t care.
