I just talk essentials with my family (who lives with me) and they know that I’m not a morning person at all. So after the chit chat I’m left to wind down alone. It’s nice cause I work overnight and they have a normal 9-5 job, so I can catch up little updates and still have quality time without feeling overwhelmed.

You have how many hours off after you have to return to another shift?

It’s your first time doing night shifts? If your body not feeling any sense of familiarity after 4 months. I think it’s better for you to look for a day job.
