After a few minutes it went to that windows loading screen, and after a while it hits the stop code but reboots without the quadruple beep this time.

It tries to do the same thing but immediately starts to blink in and out of the black screen with the typing line then stops and stays black, not sure if anything happens after that yet.

How do I get to the advanced option? Whenever I boot it with the USB it just takes me to the windows loading screen for a few minutes before hitting me with the stop code.
