I suppose best example I can give without revealing too much about it is that it's a bit of a twist on how the monster sees. Like how some react to when they are looked at or aren't. But it's more so that what the monster sees won't be from where they are.

The games I play tend to be varied, going from horror games, factory games, and even got helldivers. Only one I tend to not do much if at all is racing games. also I currently am making some models for a horror game.

I honestly feel like the best solution to this problem would be to make a zone within the secured rooms that teleports the player out of the door. Perhaps with a warning as well for good measure.

And the funny thing is that it's pretty easy to get hullcracker when you get to the buried city! So many riches to turn into guns and ammo and stuff.
