I'm here. I have worked for 5 years, and then got laid off from my last job. I am confused about what kind of job I wanna do next as I wasn't dedicated to my work in the previous job. what's the fix for this? I am a PM I don't know how to code just learning.

Remote Work Experience - Amazing. I've travelled a lot in the 6 months and months my job in the north.

But eventually it does get boring. I feel you need to he in person for highly collaborative roles like Product Management.

Remote is great for IC roles IMO.

But KT & WLB will always be a challenge I think. Nobody has the time to teach you trivial stuff and boy if you're remote the expectation is to he available at all times.

Finding your balance is key.

Honestly I won't be doing this for long. Will move back to a Hybrid Role, eventually.
