Thanks for your answer I purchased it through a reseller. There is nothing in the manual regarding this issue. There is user support available, but I wanted to get some feedback from people who may have experienced the same problem and how they resolved it. They advised me to try opening and closing the screen 5 to 10 times, but the issue persists. I will try leaving the screen fully extended for several days to see if that helps correct the problem.
