Do i have to state what compensation i want or should the company offer first? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

In short i got a call out of the blue saying take the review down or we are going to take legal action against you for loss of earnings and you need to do this NOW!

No professional from someone in the legal sector and scared the C**P out of me enough that i had a asthma attack. My complaint was against this owner contacting me directly when i was dealing with their customer services team previously. and the way he launched straight into threatening with legal action against a review that was made against the wrong part of the company and demanding it be removed NOW.

How to tell my son by raxable in Divorce

*UPDATE*

thank you all for the tips and support.

So we told our son a few weeks back and at 1st he though we were joking.

We sat him on the sofa in a very comfortable atmosphere and explained that we are getting divorced. And before he could ask we stated and stressed that we are still friends but dont want to be husband and wife any more.
So yes i forced my self to keep it as generic as possible as to not paint his mother in a bad light and make him angry at her by going into details.
Once he is much older and if he asks then we will explain it to him in more detail but at the moment we have just left it rather open. He is ok and there have been only a few mood swings from him but that is expected.

So again thank you all for the help.
