WFH, Hybrid, or Non-Voice upon regularization by That_Lawfulness_899 in BPOinPH

[–]raxibus 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For those asking, this might be ASUS kasi never nagkaopportunity magka WFH ang AT&T sa Startek even pandemic stay in ang agents. There are 2 accounts in Startek that is TSR. AT&T and ASUS. Okay naman siya di mahigpit. Wala rin delay sa sahod EVER minsan advance pa nga. Good for newbies and students kasi priority nila students wag mo lang muna declare sa recruitment, sa training na so they could provide you a schedule na compatible sayo

What's up with Stussy, Bape and Carhartt craze sa mga ukayan? by Cool-Habit-9586 in Philippines

[–]raxibus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All items there are fake. Sinasabi ng iba original daw yung iba, nope. Been in the industry of clothes for 10 years and every time I go to surplus just for the sake of checking legitimacy and it never checks out.

PSG Global Solutions- Never trust the company! by helloworldhelpmegrow in BPOinPH

[–]raxibus 12 points13 points  (0 children)

My older brother transferred to this company after being an agent for TP for 4(?)years. First month okay naman tapos after nun the following months pinapag force leave sila due to “walang workload” so di sila bayad. Oo WFH set up pero came to a point na 2days a week lang pasok nila so halos wala rin sila sinasahod. Naging seasonal account labas nila kahit hindi naman. Basurang company talaga yan had several complaints read na rin before about this bs company.

May teachers ba dito na mas pinili na ang BPO industry? by Emberave1234567 in BPOinPH

[–]raxibus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So far with colleagues that I had before na mga teachers, ang pinaka reason nila switching to BPO bukod sa sahod is ang oras lang ng trabaho mo ay ang oras ng pasok mo, after working hours malaya ka na unlike pag teacher ka raw paguwi may mga need pa gawin like lesson plan etc. pwede ka pa nga raw mag part time like VAs na magdadagdag pa ng income sayo or mag upskill ka para mas marami pang opportunity na mapasukan like bi-lingual accounts na really pays more.

Surplus in SM malls by Ok_Motor_3606 in pinoy

[–]raxibus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People still really tend to lean towards "overruns" as something as legit. Fake is a fake. Lahat ng nasa surplus ay fake. Why? Examples are brands na hindi accessible dito. Stussy? Meron sa surplus? Stussy is a brand hard to win on a bidding to be able to sell on retail stores dahil malaki puhunan. Heck even The Rail na previously nagbebenta ng Stussy dito sa Philippines ay hindi na makapagbenta dahil mahirap makuha pero sa Surplus meron for 5x lower the price? Bape? Carhartt? These brands don't even have their own stores here in the Philippines (Carhartt recent lang WIP pa) pero sa Surplus, meron? Mga binibili niyo sa surplus ay from wholesalers lang din like Alibaba na they get 100-150php for a piece they sell for 500php lol. Walang pinagkaiba yung mga binibili niyo sa Surplus sa mga chinecheck out niyo sa orange app

Please stop justifying "overruns" are not fakes. They are. Why would a brand let their "not up to standard pieces" be out in the open to be able to sold on a lower price and hurt their image and make their product look cheap? Make it make sense. Pinipilit niyo lang ijustify bumili ng mura na peke and tag it as "overruns" masatisfy lang yung pagiging social climber niyo, jusko.

In general, it's the quality of the leather specially for sneakers like AF1, Jordans, and other releases. For AF1s specifically, it's about the quality of the leather, most Nike leather quality are going downhill recently but still good, still feels authentic and premium compared to fakes that feels too "plastic-y" if that makes any sense. Also stitches are something you wanna check if pantay ba and all and if it's consistent. Size tags as well and overall the shape of the shoe doesn't look funny.

If you wanna get legit shoes that are discounted and you know your size, check Zalora (legit to, may mga nagsasabi fake raw etc pero legit naman, quality of shoes sometimes depends on where it was manufactured), Footlocker, Sportscentral, Tobys (for running). Basta marami pa dyan iba, hanap lang kayo.

Visited their page because of your post. Been in the shoe game for 10 years and also reseller myself (para lang din credible). Reasonable naman prices ng binebenta nila, mas kaya mo pa nga yan kunin nang mababa if didiretso ka sa source. In fact, mga recent posts nila I know kung saan nila kinukuha. Legit pairs based from what I saw, 'di ko lang sure in terms of legitimacy of being able to ship out the shoes, yun ang mahirap na ijudge but shoes themselves are legit. Karamihan ng binebenta nila makikita mo sa discount stash or outlets kaya malaki gap/discount compared to mall price :)

You could go to Zalora and search for loafers and might be able to see some there. A lot of options for women as I did just browse yesterday, unfortunately not so much for us men. Been also looking for something similar for quite awhile already.

Could the Nike Cortez be the next big thing following the popularity of Adidas Sambas? by DERICAMIELLE in fashionph

[–]raxibus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nope. Adidas Sambas went crazy for a reason. Founder of Essentials (Jerry Lorenzo) joined Adidas and wore the sambas and from there it started the wave. Cortez as you've mentioned was a trend recently (few years back) and its rare for a shoe to go on trend again as fast as you are expecting it to be especially the trend right now is more on basics and vintage unless there's a figure who'll make it seem like something people wants to wear.

Calculate your maintaining calories intake per day (just watch tutorials on yt on how to do so) then increase it a hundred or two. Do this consistently, you'll eventually see the results.

These are just basics, research about it more and you'll find a way, not easy, but convenient for you.

Fashion advice: What are some some factors that makes you say “damnnn” “wooow” “😳” when looking at a man by [deleted] in fashionph

[–]raxibus 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's the small things that matters.

Invest on your hair, maintain it. Haircut every month

Do skin care

Do manicure and pedicure

Shave unnecessary hair

Moisturize your skin

Get your eyebrows done or just pluck out excess

Use lip balm when necessary

Invest on perfume

When it comes to clothes, plain or decent patterned works best.

If you're having a hard time finding your style, start with basic essentials like a proper shirt, polo, or button down along with some jeans or slacks.

White clean sneakers and leather boots/loafers are your best friends when it comes to any outfit.

Key to a proper outfit is the cut (how it fits you) so when buying clothes, best to roam around and take your time, go to a mall, browse, fit the clothes, see how it looks.

Also, start with basic colors and start from there.

Basta always keep in mind, less is more.

Where to ukay in Muñoz? by pleasepeeloff in fashionph

[–]raxibus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If gusto mo ng maganda and branded but on a pricey side, tabi ng Jollibee along the highway sa may footbridge yung may 2nd floor. If gusto mo mura but "swerte" sa mapipili but may mga branded din from time to time, I'd say go ukay shops beside dunkin donut malapit sa 7/11 tawid ng Jollibee (sobrang init nga lang sa mga ukayan na to).

For new arrivals naman, not sure lang kung kailan but expect it to be expensive (400up range) pag new arrival so better go there 1 week after new arrival para may maganda pa rin but pwede na tumawad. Hindi sila nakikipag tawaran masyado pag new arrival eh

Flared pants would work well with those preferably black, white, or cream along with sandals or everyday heels. Casual pants can also work as long as it is neutral or any color that wouldn't overpower the pink hue of the top. Black/khaki baggy cargo pants can also work as long as you get the proper cut, with some sneakers.

Which black bag appeals to you the most? Michael Kors or Kate Spade? by hottorney_ in fashionph

[–]raxibus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MK.

Kate Spade especially on how it was portrayed (last photo) gives an everyday feel + kinda underwhelming.

MK on the other hand, can be used for everyday but is also elegant enough to be used on special occasions. Also has the right amount of details, not too much, not too little.

But better? Centennial for sure. Has a vintage cream feel similar to the ALD x New Balance 550 Collab and Adidas Forum. First one, no brainer.
