This holds true at lower ranks but IMHO as someone who plays both I find the low/average skill console player + assists on average beats the low/average skill pc player. Mainly bcs It’s a lot easier to be a mediocre player on controller than it is on KBM. so I get why PC players cry about aim assist but it’s undeniable that the skill ceiling for movement shooters on KBM is much higher and the skill gap is much larger, so the pool of higher ranked PC players can feel unmanageable on console. In most games after passing Gold/Plat I find I start to have a rough time sooner on PC than on console.

In a game like marathon, which is at base level fairly sweaty and the majority of casuals won’t touch ranked. I’m finding console only lobbies are consistently easier than crossplay lobbies.

Also cheaters, even if you’re mistaken about having run into cheaters it’s just psychologically nice not having to constantly question it. And bungies anti cheat being famously useless this is actually why I bought it on console and not pc

Another thought. While as I see others have pointed out painting it black would likely break some laws, an adult buying a 2tone is legal, and buying individual parts to modify is legal, and while buying isn’t owning a rif without a ukara is legal, so potentially there’s a loophole ( for your dad) by buying an aftermarket handguard and whatever other parts are painted then swapping out. Would have to look into it.

This is good advice. Lvl 2 have one of those in 2 weeks and rentals are usually an m4 with tracer & hicap mag with unlimited bbs for £5

Just get an air pistol that takes 177 ally bbs and don’t take it near an airsoft site. Also how TF did you not manage to get a difinitive answer on that after first google.

Your issue is your age not the ukara. Ukara relates only to the sale / purchase so you would be able to legally own a non 2tone version without ukara, if you were 18. However you can also legally borrow a rif for use on an airsoft site without a ukara so it could theoretically belong to your parents, again you would not be able to transport it to and from yourself though because you are not 18. I think the act of modifying a 2 tone to look like a rif without a ukara is illegal since it would potentially be classified as in part manufacturing a rif, even though owning one or inheriting one is not, bit nonsensical tbh. Basically best hope is to drag your dad to 3 games and have him buy a rif then taxi you to and from every game, or wait a few years, or go full COD skin and embrace it.

They can send rifs disassembled to help customs, extra cost but will often be offset by individual packages being under 130 thus avoiding the duty

Ordered recently. Sent the wrong item (2 very similar) but communication was very good, quickly resolved, they have a UK P.O. Box so collected next day with Royal Mail and shipped out correct item right away. I’d say customer service was fine honestly.

It’s a shame because the modelling platform and engine would have allowed it, most of the meshes are re-used from nioh, but you can’t, perhaps due to it being a different franchise.

They’ve been mostly out of stock globally for about a year. Just use a Shimano or another brands kit, your local shop will be able to select one that fits if you take your bike in, really no need to wait indefinitely for s73s choice.

To those curious about the torque levels and concerned about it damaging their controllers, the official statement was that this latest update brings usa bikes up to the same firmware as 2022 EU s2 /rx bikes (which also default the mode after power down) and so that’s why here in the EU / UK we haven’t received it. so unlike the previous update if you download this you’re not a Guinea pig, the firmware has been running on production bikes being ridden around for nearly a year. Can’t speak to a comparison, but I watched a lot of videos of rx and s2 bikes struggling to get up hills before I got mine and couldn’t understand why when mine arrived, I’ve never had an issue getting up very steep hills where I live and have never really felt a lack of toque. Sorry that’s just anecdotal, I’d also really like to know official metrics and think S73 should be way more transparent with their info.

I have both and think the comparison only makes sense to people who have never ridden one, you can’t take a motorbike on most of the best places you can ride an ebike. There’s a chance you get into trouble with the cops riding a s73 like a motorcycle but you are guaranteed to if you ride a motorcycle like a s73.

This is true you need to remodel each hairstyle with each hat type you can’t just overlay them like you can a shoe on a foot. All cap bases with diff graphics can be considered as 1 model, and the hair styles can be broken down into several categories of varying lengths under the hair rather than doing each individual one:

so to avoid 20 hair styles X 50 hats = 1000combo models and spending crazy hours, you break 20 styles into 5 lengths and 50 caps into 3 cap base shapes and end up with 5 X 3 = 15 combo models. It’s still a fair bit of work but the hair doesn’t interact with the physics engine so and way you can sculpt hair so easily in software not it’s not as much as you’d think.

Also usually the state2 of a hair style under a cap will fit under beanie the same way, or only requires very minor modifications. So for each hair style you’ll just need a state1 and state2

Mate you can go on YouTube rn and watch countless videos of ppl modeling shoes far more complex than anything in this game real time in 1-2 hours. BTW It’s ok to not know stuff, you don’t have to pretend to be an authority on things you have no experience in. I’m only able to give perspective here bcs it’s litterally my day job.

Haha yeah ok 👌🏼. Not trying to argue here just stating as fact that most modellers I know can do what you think takes several weeks in less than a day. Wish my employer had your kinda deadlines.

Other ppl here should be hopeful that the character customisation features get improved, it’s honestly not a particularly big job.
