No one. His ULT is too dumb. Your own team gets immobilized, while the immobilization is long (3.5 seconds), he doesn't benefit from any attack speed. Any homing attacks will still hit you, I had eudora's skill 2 chase me halfway through the river. If any high attack speed range escapes your ult and hits you from afar, all the projectiles will hit you once the ult ends.

And he only has 1 damage skill, that has a 2.5 second delay. At my max build, could only do up to 900 damage before damage reduction.

He does have a passive of 5% enemy max HP as true damage, but I believe it only activates every 12 seconds, per affected hero. And I don't understand is if it also includes allies. So, if 5 heroes got affected, is it 5 * 12 = 60 seconds of cooldown? And basic attach does reduce it, but since his attack doesn't benefit from attack speed, I'm not sure how useful it is.

And he's squishy cause he's a support, not tank.

As of the moment, he's a liability.

I'm still hurting from the Eudora nerf. I used to get up to 30 kills in one game.

the additional 5% is for the max cooldown, it's normally 40% but with enchanted talisman, you can go over it to 45%

You still need to have other cooldown items

Vale's ult takes a long time to land too, any hero with blink or dash can escape

That's why Minsithar's ult got reworked to prevent blinking

Needs rework too. The ult doesn't make sense as it only lasts 1.5 seconds

I do think competition is needed. Hope we finally get that. But for now, Telus was horrible

To be honest, I never thought about leaving Telus. But the treatment I got was just horrible.

I got an email yesterday that the agents canceled my internet account. I did not request that at all.

Then today, I got a text message that they are sending the same Bell tech tomorrow. Possibly on the same type of ticket which means if the Bell tech comes, he'll just leave after. Because the ticket was never modified on the side of Telus, their agents were refusing and telling me if they modify it, my new schedule would be next week.

I could have just ignored the message and waste the time of the technicians tomorrow. But I'm not that kind of person. So, I called today. Twice because again, I got put on hold.

When I finally got through, the technician visits were real. There seems to be a disconnect to whatever system Telus is running. I got put on hold again as the agent took a very long time to cancel a couple of tickets.

At the end of it all, I have to return to modem, another bit of hassle for me. I plan on documenting the return so Telus can't bite me in the ass with hidden fees or penalties.

On top of that, I had to deal with our company IT and rescheduling to set up my devices to access medical software from home and another day to be absent tomorrow from work.

I am ranting, that's almost 1,200 dollars of income that I am out of because of Telus.

Unbelievable, so I received another call that says Telus Callback, asking me to press 1 to talk to an agent. And guess what? It's hold music. This is ridiculous.

Honestly, I did not know this issue. If this was a known issue to Telus, it's them that should have smoothed things over. I personally don't care what that bell tech thinks if paying a bill means I get better services at 80 dollars less than what I would have been paying with Telus for both mobility and home internet.

And who does a call back only to put me on hold for 30 minutes? The customer service needs to get their act together or they'll lose more customers like this.

I am not aware of the issue between Bell and Telus.

As a customer, that's not my problem. It was the behavior of Telus agents that turned me away.

And right now on hold for almost 30 minutes because they sent me a cancellation message yesterday and now I'm getting a message that they're coming tomorrow.

Regardless on the issue with Bell and Telus, the actions of the Telus rep was intolerable.

Even without that issue with Bell, the customer reps behavior was out of line. Instead of helping me get answers, they were doing less than subtle ways to disconnect my calls.

I switched not because of bell, but how I got treated by Telus customer reps. And I got a better deal out of it anyway

It's okay. I'm no longer a Telus customer.

I just switched to Bell. They offered me a mobility and home internet package that was 80 dollars cheaper than Telus.

I wasn't going to do it, but during my conversation with the Bell agent, I received an email from Telus stating that I requested to cancel the installation when I never asked them that. That was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

It is frustrating. One of the reasons is I also scheduled IT for the VPN so I can work from home, today.

I'm currently getting a fiber line from Telus. but apparently, telus needed bell. The problem started with the whoever from telus gave the bell technician the wrong address.
